What you can do with Cyberfolio today, and what we are working on.
No. You can write your resume, use the free templates, add a photo and export without signing up. Accounts are intended to let you access documents from other devices; saving to your account is still awaiting activation in this version.
What can I do for free?
The Free plan includes the editor, Essential and Technical templates, optional photo, role-specific suggestions and exports. Executive, Editorial, Modern and Compact are premium designs: you can preview them in the gallery, but they cannot be used or exported yet. You can save a copy in your browser or download an editable JSON backup. The Pro plans are not available to purchase yet.
Can I switch templates without rewriting my resume?
Yes. Use “Browse designs” to compare Essential, Technical, Executive, Editorial, Modern and Compact. Switching templates keeps your text and photo. The PDF uses whichever design you select. Executive, Editorial, Modern and Compact are premium and appear locked until you subscribe to a Pro plan.
How do I add or remove a photo?
Hover over the “Photo” button in the top-right corner of the document, or tap it on mobile. You can add, replace or remove the image and adjust its crop. We accept JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 5 MB. Photos are optional and are included in PDF and JSON exports.
Which download formats are available?
You can export to PDF, plain text (TXT), Markdown and JSON. PDF export opens your browser’s print window: choose “Save as PDF” and turn off headers and footers. JSON lets you import your content, template and photo again to continue editing.
How do I keep my work for another day?
Your draft stays with you while you continue in the same tab. To keep it for later, choose “Save in this browser” or download a JSON backup. The local copy belongs to that browser and may disappear if you clear its data; a JSON file can be taken to another device. Avoid saving personal information on shared computers.
Does changing the website language translate my resume?
No. You can use the website in Spanish or English and choose the language of your document headings separately. Your text stays exactly as you wrote it. On your first visit we use your preferred browser language, then remember your manual choice. Other languages currently fall back to English; assisted content translation is planned for Pro.
Do the current suggestions use artificial intelligence?
Not yet. Current suggestions follow rules for your chosen role: SOC, penetration testing, cloud or GRC. Your resume is not sent to an AI service. Job-specific tailoring, writing reviews and LinkedIn improvements are proposed features for a future version.
What will Pro and Pro+ include? Can I pay already?
There are no active charges or subscriptions. Pro and Pro+ will include all six templates, with Executive, Editorial, Modern and Compact as exclusive paid designs. The Pro proposal is €9/month, 20 resumes and 50 monthly AI actions; Pro+ proposes €19/month, 100 resumes and 200 actions, plus a full LinkedIn review and practice interviews. Prices, features and limits are indicative and are not enforced in the current editor.
Does this guarantee passing an ATS or getting interviews?
We cannot guarantee a hiring outcome. Templates use selectable text and a straightforward reading order, but employers and systems evaluate applications differently. Suggestions help you present your real experience; they are not a universal score or a hiring guarantee.
What happens to my data and photo?
Editing and photo cropping happen on your device. If you choose local saving, the document stays in your browser. When account saving is active, the resumes you choose to upload, including photos, will be stored in your account. We do not send your content to AI services in the current version.
